support representatives are "in house".
We care for each individual client and therefore do
not outsource our support to a third party company who
cares nothing for the client. In the
phrase "Customer Service" you come first...the
Customer.
Waiting through that long list of options only to reach
a voicemail or computerized response is distressing.
Which is why you will ALWAYS
reach a human representative, who will
assist you with your inquiry as detailed and quickly
as possible.
